Government College of Art and Design, Nagpur

Government College of Art & Design, Nagpur is a premier institution in the Vidarbha region, dedicated to excellence in visual arts and art education. Established in 1947 and granted independent status in 1967, the college functions under the Department of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra, with administrative oversight from the Directorate of Art, Maharashtra State, Mumbai. It is affiliated with Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University and recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
